MUSE BOARD {The One with Warm Summer Fun}

THE DESSY INSPIRATION BOARD CONTEST
Is anyone else ready for summer?  I keep looking at my adorable summer clothing, excited for the day I don’t have to add layers to them again.  This is another inspiration board I made for the Dessy Group Contest.  Like what you see?  Click on the link below and let Dessy know you love it!  Oh, and question for all of you.  Does anyone else think that Dessy’s male model (featured below) looks a little like a weird version of Logan Huntzberger from Gilmore Girls?  Or does he look like someone else?

MUSE BOARD {The One with the Evergreens}

I made this for a friend of mine who was trying to pick a color scheme for her wedding this summer.  She really liked the burnt orange and green look that is very in right now.  I made up a Pacific Northwest version of this scheme just for fun.  Pinecones and evergreen branches are common commodities out here, and great budget saver resources for the DIY Bride.  The terra cotta pots as centerpieces are a wonderfully unique touch.  The details are elegantly simplistic, just by using what nature has provided.  This is the perfect theme for a fall wedding at a rustic lodge, for the sophisticated outdoorsy couple.
